A service apartment that encompasses amenities serving the needs of indivduals in the corporate culture. In order to retain talent, many Multinational Companies require to invest in real estate and we present the perfect solution with digitally enabled, and highly interactive & dynamic space. The project is a boon for the customers looking for spacious and comfortable living spaces on the outskirts of the city and next to the corporate offices.
With the evolving working culture comes the need for ease and flexibility in living spaces. This project is the one stop shop for a smart building.
The design is highlighted with departmental shops right under the building, with fitness centre and gym incorporated on the higher floors.The basement is not for parking but for an indoor pool that provides respite from the summertime heat. We strive to create an ecological living space with landscapes adjusted with trees and plants on every floor, where the central floor is dedicated to a forrest park for families and indivduals to enjoy their evenings in peace.
The top 4 floors are going to be a hotel to service the corporate companies. In order to adjust the people flying in and out for business meetings or for personal guest visits. It’s a fully tailored building adjusted and customised for the dynamic needs of the corporate culture.
